Let's create a knowledge corner for children in Plavi

I am Tea Khuroshvili, a teacher who teaches in a border village school. In a village school, from the windows of which you can see newly erected borders marking banners, barbed wire.... in a village where you often hear stories about people caught on the occupation line. In the school, in the eyes of the students, along with social problems, the fear and tension of the future is visible.Until you get there, it's hard to understand what it's like to live near the occupation line, and what it means to live in a conflict zone. Considering all this, teachers have a great mission to cope with the current challenges and to promote the learning and development of young people in such an environment. In an environment with a scarce material and technical base, it is difficult to fully engage all students in learning and extracurricular activities. Therefore, I aimed to arrange/equip the "Knowledge corner" of the unexploited cozy space in the school to improve the quality of teaching and learning and popularize informal education. "Knowledge corner" will definitely become attractive for our students, the best place for realizing their own productivity and potential. which will be tailored to their wants and needs. They will be able to carry out such activities as: training with non-formal education methods, board games, foreign language conversation club, film club and others... invite and host guests from various fields, listen and discuss topics of interest to them. It should also be taken into account that the village is almost 28 kilometers away from the regional center, and the school is the only cultural and educational center of the village, which is a gathering and socializing place for teenagers.Let's create a "corner of knowledge" for children, because knowledge is freedom
