There are many problems in Kaspi, but perhaps the biggest challenge is the passivity of the civil sector - Kaspi is often called the city of silence, because society is silent about existing problems. Also, quite often, it is the Caspian Sea that becomes the center of polarization and political controversy. On the contrary, it is important for us, young people, to take care of the development of civic awareness and involvement and increase access to existing opportunities. Several studies were conducted in Kaspi, which showed:More space is needed (for youth gatherings, trainings, informational activities); And this space should not be administrative, so as not to limit the topic of meetings politically;More mobility is needed (in Kaspi, as in many municipalities, public transport is not developed and even movement between villages is a problem) so that more people have the opportunity to participate in existing programs and projects.Therefore, we, the initiative group at the base of Komli, who got the opportunity and experience in terms of community activism, came up with the idea - to create a mobile community center of Komli.The mobile community center will be a relatively large rental car that will have the function of a mobile community center, Komli Bus will arrive in different villages and offer different services to the local community:informational meetings, trainings, consultationsRecreational activities - movie screening, discussion, book club, parents' club.Komli Bus will also serve non-alcoholic drinks and refreshments, have a mobile library, and will literally be a pop-up training center that will also provide counseling and make these opportunities available to everyone.Komli Bus is planned to hold activities 3-4 times a month throughout the municipality for at least 1 year.Additional features that the Home Bus will have are:Promote a community foundation that will explore local community needs/challenges and be able to support them. will be focused on community needs; We will also create the first community fund within the framework of Komli using the bus;Transportation when necessary - community taxi - when needed, the bus will also drop off and pick up participants;Festival Bus- Our mobile community center will also participate in various types of festivals throughout the year, it is planned to organize community meetings and raise money for the additional community fund.
