ორბელიანი მეტის პლატფორმაზე „იდეების კონკურსი“ მიმდინარეობს , რაც იმას ნიშნავს რომ საქართველოს ნებისმიერ მოქალაქეს შეუძლია გააგზავნოს საკუთარი ინიციატივა, რომელიც კონკრეტულითემის თუ საზოგადოების კეთილდღეობაზე იქნება ორიენტირებული.
„იდეების კონკურსი“ 2020 წლიდან USAID-ის სამოქალაქო საზოგადოების ჩართულობის პროგრამის ფარგლებში მიმდინარეობს და ცდილობს დაეხმაროს ახალგაზრდებს, სამოქალაქო აქტივისტებს, სოციალურ მეწარმეებსა თუ ჩვეულებრივ მოქალაქეებს მოიპოვონ საკმარისი დაფინანსება საკუთარი პროექტების და სოციალური ინიციატივების განსახორციელებლად თანადაფინანსების პრინციპით.
იდეის ავტორებს პლატფორმის საშუალებით შეუძლიათ მოაგროვონ პროექტისთვის სასურველი თანხის 30%, ხოლო 70% „ორბელიანი მეტის” დონორი ორგანიზაციის მიერ იფარება. ისინი პლატფორმაზე 2 თვის განმავლობაში შეძლებენ აწარმოონ ქრაუდფანდინგ კამპანია და საკუთარი ინიციატივა უცხო ადამიანების დახმარებით რეალობად აქციონ.

“The support of Orbeliani Mati does not start from 70% financial co-financing, but from the preparation we start to shoot a video so that our idea can see the light of day and reach the hearts of many people. The video of Ulevi Ceramics had 279 shares within 24 hours of being posted on social networks, without any artificial intervention or sponsored advertising. Despite the fact that we believe in our idea and we have understood our social responsibility, which involves returning people over 60 years of age to society and effectively using their years of experience, we were still pleasantly surprised by the reaction of the people to the video.
This showed us even more how acute the problem of socialization of the elderly is in our country and how we need to start taking action to solve this problem as soon as possible.
A lady who made a donation to give a free pottery lesson to seniors from Martkopi., wrote us one phrase, “I want them to take care of me in my old age”… This phrase has become the starting point from which we realize that caring for one another is the foundation of a healthy society.Each donation we receive from donors brings us one step closer to allowing ten elderly people of Martkofi to enjoy a friendly and age-stereotype-free space, develop a new hobby and have a source of income from a pleasant job. So important is the involvement of people who make their own contribution to the health and diversity of their senior years, we are confident that we will be able to open more workshops in the future to bring more seniors back into society.”

რაჭაში, ამბროლაურის მუნიციპალიტეტის მაღალმთიან სოფლებში მცხოვრები ახალგაზრდები მნიშვნელოვანი პრობლემების წინაშე დგანან. ჩვენ, როგორც ახალგაზრდულმა და მობილურმა ახალგაზრდულმა მუშაკებმა, ჩვენი საქმიანობის პერიოდში, თავად ვნახეთ, რა ურთულესი ბარიერები ექმნებათ ახალგაზრდებს, რამდენიმე სერვისის არ არსებობის ან მიუწვდომლობის გამო. კერძოდ:
სოფლებში არსებული ბიბლიოთეკები, არ არის, ან ნაკლებად არის აღჭურვილი თანამედროვე და საბავშვო ლიტერატურით. ქალაქ ამბროლაურში არის ერთი საჯარო ბიბლიოთეკა და იქაც კი მცირედ მოიპოვება თანამედროვე მწერლების ნაწარმოებები.
ჩვენი საქმიანობის პერიოდში, ყოველი მეორე ახალგაზრდა პრობლემად ასახელებს კინოს არ არსებობას მუნიციპალიტეტში და მის სოფლებში.
დიდი მოთხოვნისა და ინტერესის, საჯარო თუ არასამთავრობო სექტორის ჩართულობის მიუხედავად, ერთადერთი კინოთეატრი, რომელიც ქალაქ ამბროლაურში ფუნქციონირებდა, კერძო საკუთრებაა ამჟამად და წარმოადგენს სარიტუალო დარბაზს. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ეს შენობაც კი არ იქნებოდა საკმარისი, რადგან სოფლად მცხოვრები ბავშვებისთვის ხელმისაწვდომი ნაკლებად იყო, ტრანსპორტირების გამო, ესეც აღარ გვაქვს. ქალაქ ამბროლაურში მცხოვრები ახალგაზრდები ამ სერვისის არ არსებობას, ანაცვლებენ სახლში ფილმების ყურებით, რადგან ქალაქს ინტერნეტი მიეწოდება, მაგრამ სამწუხაროდ სოფლად მცხოვრებ ბავშვებს ამის ალტერნატივა არ აქვთ.
მობილური ახალგაზრდული საქმიანობის პერიოდში, როდესაც სოფლებში მცხოვრებ ახალგაზრდებს ვხვდებოდით, აღმოვაჩინეთ, რომ თანამედროვე სამაგიდო თამაშებიდან, მათთვის თითქმის არცერთი არ იყო ნაცნობი. შეკრების დროს მხოლოდ კარტს იყენებდნენ გასართობად და დროის გასატარებლად, რომელიც არანაირ კომპეტენციას არ ავითარებდა მათში. აღსანიშნავია რომ ინსტრუქციის გაცნობის და პირველივე თამაშის შემდეგ, ძალიან მოსწონდათ ჩვენი შეთავაზებული სამაგიდო თამაშები და აღნიშნავდნენ, რა კარგი იქნებოდა მსგავსი ბევრი, სხვადასხვა შინაარსის ჰქონოდათ.
რას ვთავაზობთ ჩვენ ახალგაზრდებს?ჩვენი სოციალური პროექტი მოიაზრებს იდეას, რომელიც სამ პრობლემას პასუხობს. კერძოდ, ჩვენი საკუთარი ავტომობილი ადაპტირდება შესაბამისი აღჭურვილობით და შესაძლებლობა გვექნება გადავადგილდეთ ამბროლაურის მუნიციპალიტეტის ყველა იმ სოფელში სადაც თუნდაც ერთი ახალგაზრდა ან/და ბავშვი ცხოვრობს. ,,ბოშუნიკებისთვის“ იქნება კომპლექსური საშუალება, რომელიც შეასრულებს მოძრავი ბიბლიოთეკის ფუნქციას, ახალგაზრდებს შეეძლებათ დროებით სარგებლობაში (წაკითხვის დასრულებამდე) გაიტანონ ნებისმიერი მათვის სასურველი წიგნი, თანამედროვე და საბავშვო ლიტერატურა, რომელზეც შესაძლებლობა ექნება მომდევნო ჩასვლისას ვიმსჯელოთ და მათი ემოციები გაგვიზიარონ. ასევე პროექტორის მეშვეობით გავაშუქებთ მათი ინტერესიდან გამომდინარე ფილმს, რომელსაც შემდგომ მოყვება დებრიფინგი.ვეცდებით სხვადასხვა სამაგიდო თამაშებით განუვითაროთ მნიშვნელოვანი კომპეტენციები: კონცენტრაციის, მოხერხებულობის, კორდინაციის, სწრაფი აზროვნების, კომუნიკაციისა, დამოუკიდებლად სწავლის, კრიტიკული აზროვნების, შემოქმედებითობის და სხვა.ჩვენი ადაპტირებული მანქანა ახალგაზრდისთვის, რომელიც ფიქრობდა, რომ მისი ცხოვრების გამრავალფეროვნების სოფლად არაფერი ხდებოდა , უნდა იყოს იმედის მიმცემი და მოტივაციის წყარო, შეიმნას პოზიტიური განწყობა, გახდეს მეტად აქტიური და მიიღოს სიამოვნება სხვადასხვა აქტივობებისგან. განსაკუთრებით მნიშვნელოვანია ჩვენი გადაადგილება, იმ სოფლებში რომლებიც შორი მანძილით არის დაშორებული ქალაქიდან, ტრანსპორტი კი კვირაში ერთხელ მოძრაობს და მხოლოდ ყოველდღიური რუტინული ცხოვრებით უწევთ ცხოვრება. მანქანა „ბოშუნიკებისთვის“ იქნება, ახალგაზარდული სივრცებიის ნაკლებობით გამოწვეული დანაკლისის ერთგვარი შემავსებელი სოციალური პროექტი.მუნიციპალიტეტის მერიაში გვქონდა შეხვედრა ახალგაზრდობის მიმართულებით ვინც არის ხელმძღვანელი, გავაცანით ჩვენი პროექტი და მისი მნიშვნელობა რეგიონისთვის. Მერიის თანამშრომლებმა და ახალგაზრდობის მიმართულებით ხემძღვანელმა გამოგვიცხადა მხარდაჭერა. გამომდინარე იქედან რომ ამ წლის ბიუჯეტი უკვე გაწერილია, შემდეგი წლის ბიუჯეტში გაითვალისწინებენ ჩვენი პროექტისთვის საჭირო ფინანსებს, ახლა კი, არის “ახალგაზრდული ინიციატივებისთვის” თანხა გამოყოფილი, სადაც გვითხრეს რომ ჩვენი პროექტი შემოგვეტანა და ესეც კარგი შანსი იქნებოდა ჩვენთვის. მათთვის, ვინც კამპანიის ფარგლებში თანხებს გადმორიცხავენ, სხვადასხვა თანხაზე გვექნება სამოტივაციო რეაქციები და სიმბოლური საჩუქრები. -5 ლარის და მეტის ჩარიცხვის შემთხვევაში სამადლობელი პოსტი სოციალურ ქსელში (ფეისბუქი)-20-30 ლარი იდენტიფიცირებული სტიკერები, სახელით და გვარით რომელიც წიგნის ყდაზე და სამაგიდო თამაშების შეფუთვაზე დაეკვრება და ეწერება რომ “ეს წიგნი არის ამისგან”- 50-100 ლარამდე ჩარიცხვაზე იქნება სანიშნები წიგნში, სახელის და გვარის წარწერით, სადაც იქნება დაწერილი რომ ეს წიგნი არის ამ კონკრეტული ადამიანისგან.-100+ ლარი გაეგზავნება საჩუქრად ჩვენგან პერსონალიზებული სანიშნი და ბლოკნოტი “ბოშუნიკებისგან”. - კომპანიებისთვის და მსხვილი დამფინანსებლებისთვის, რომლებიც მუდმივად იქნებიან ჩვენი მხარდამჭრები, მაგალითად წიგნების მაღზია, გამომცემლობები, სამაგიდო თამაშების საწყობები/მაღაზიები, გვექნება ბანერები იქ, სადაც მივალთ და ჩავატარებთ შეხვედრებს, ფილმის ჩვენებებს და აქტივობებს.
