By making a payment, you acknowledge and confirm that you are of legal age and are entering into a contract with &#8220;Orbelian&#8221;. If you are representing an organization when applying or donating, you warrant that you possess due authorization to act on behalf of said company\/organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Orbeliani&#8221; retains the prerogative to modify this agreement periodically, disseminating updates exclusively on this platform. Additionally, &#8220;Orbelian&#8221; holds the right to effect changes to the site without the obligation to retain content submitted by you, without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The collection and utilization of personal information are governed by our personal information policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>You consent and acknowledge:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The provision of accurate information to us.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your entitlement to share said information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your responsibility for safeguarding your profile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The possibility of third-party use of information you publish without &#8220;Orbelian&#8221; consent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Rules of Conduct on the Site:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You commit not to post or distribute:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1. Content containing hate speech, derogatory or threatening material, false or deceptive information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2. Any content not protected by patent, copyright, or proprietary rights without requisite permissions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3. Material that promotes terrorist or criminal activities or advocates violence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Termination of the Agreement:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1. The agreement remains valid until its termination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2. &#8220;Orbelian&#8221; retains the right to restrict your access to the Service upon violation of this Agreement. Advanced notification of this action is not obligatory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>For Donors:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. Payment terms are outlined on the website. Payment can be made via card or direct transfer to the &#8220;Orbeliani&#8221; account, with project identification during the transfer process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2. We strive for accuracy in providing information about idea authors, project goals, and progress, conducting validation of project authors before publication. The project&#8217;s target amount may also be adjusted due to fluctuations in the GEL exchange rate or at the project author&#8217;s request.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3. Sole utilization of your personal card or financial account for payment is required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4. Donations made are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.5. In cases where the author of a target project declines the funds, &#8220;Orbeliani&#8221; retains the right to redirect the donation to another project with similar content\/purpose, upon mutual agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Utilization of Shared Information:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. The use of personal information is regulated by our privacy policy. Accepting the Service&#8217;s terms also implies agreement to this document&#8217;s terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. Content uploaded to your page must be original and non-infringing on copyrights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3. &#8220;Orbelian&#8221; reserves the right to rectify or remove content that violates copyright or contains threats or calls for violence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4. &#8220;Orbelian&#8221; may employ uploaded content for promoting projects and the platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Security:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1. You bear personal responsibility for safeguarding your account, email, and password data, refraining from sharing it with any third party.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2. Site security is reinforced by antivirus programs and encryption technology. However, it&#8217;s important to note that, like any website, the &#8220;Orbeliani&#8221; platform is not immune to hacking attempts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3. TBC Bank assumes responsibility for card and financial transaction security; &#8220;Orbelian&#8221; lacks access to your card data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Effective Site Operation:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1. We are dedicated to maintaining uninterrupted site functionality. However, occasional operational errors may occur. Should you identify any, please contact us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>General Provisions:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1. &#8220;Orbeliani&#8221; reserves the right to modify the site&#8217;s terms of use and will publish the updated version exclusively in electronic format on the same site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2. &#8220;Orbeliani&#8221; does not guarantee a gift to donors in return for their donations. The responsibility for providing and delivering the gift rests entirely with the idea&#8217;s author.
